What to write about
Something is broken. Include the brief you typed, the style and shape you picked, and roughly when it happened. The generation pipeline logs failures without storing your brief, so the text you send is often the only way to reproduce a fault.
The output was wrong in an interesting way. Misspelled lettering, a product that came back redesigned, copy that made a claim your brief did not contain — these are the reports that improve the system prompts, and they are the most useful mail this project gets.
A specification on one of the reference pages is out of date. Ad platforms change their dimensions and limits without much announcement. If you have caught one that has moved, say which page and what the current value is, and it will be corrected and the page's date updated.
