Privacy
What Ad Generator collects, what it sends to model providers, what it keeps and what it does not.
This page describes what actually happens to the data you put into this site. It is written to be read rather than to be legally defensible.
What you send
Your brief. The text you type is sent to our server and forwarded to the model providers that produce the concept and the creative. It is not stored in a database and it is not used to train anything of ours.
A product photograph, if you attach one. Your browser downscales the image before it leaves your device, then it is forwarded to the image provider along with the brief. It is not retained on our servers.
Your IP address. Held transiently to enforce the daily generation limits that keep this tool running. It is stored as a counter key with an expiry of less than 48 hours and is not joined to anything else.
Who else processes it
Generation requires third parties, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest:
- fal.ai, which runs the image model.
- Google (Gemini API), which runs the language model that writes the concept and the video model that renders motion.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and processes request logs.
Each has its own terms. Do not put confidential or personal information into a brief.
Analytics
Aggregate, privacy-preserving product analytics — page views and whether a generation succeeded or failed. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profile is built about you, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
What you own
The advertisements you generate are yours. Use them commercially, no attribution required. You are responsible for the claims in your own brief.
